Words of Comfort to Victims at Virginia Tech

When tragedy strikes, people often ask "How could a loving God allow it?" Are Christians prepared with an answer? I believe the Bible is clear on the problem of suffering. First of all, God's original Creation was perfect, with no pain, suffering, or tragedy of any kind. But Adam sinned. This sin brought death and suffering into the world. Furthermore, God doesn't plan to allow this suffering forever. One day, He will create a new heaven and new earth which will have no death or suffering. There is hope for the future!

I want to recommend an excellent article called "On the Horror at Virginia Tech". Secondly the book "How Could a Loving God...?" , by Ken Ham, should be very encouraging.
