Touring San Antonio

Our plane at the Harrisburg, PA airport

The view from our hotel in San Antonio

Yep...it's San Antonio all right!

The first morning

Trees at the Alamo

Neat building

My hotel mattress

Is this as sharp as it looks?

Proof that I was in San Antonio!

The Buckhorn Museum!

The interior was decorated with over 1300 animals!

Photographers

This guy was shocked to see us

The stereotypical moosehead (I had to include it)

Andrew stepped on this guy's foot just moments before I took this picture

I don't think they shot this one live

Just one drop...

...will turn a man into bronze

Is this paradise?

Report on the 2007 SAICFF!

I'm now back from the San Antonio Independent Christian Film Festival and wooo boy...what an experience! Great films, great music, great speakers, great fellowship! Put all those together for an experience that can't be beat!

The Jubilee Award for Best of Festival (as if you didn't already know) went to the Gunn Brothers for Monstrous Regiment of Women. Best Narrative Film went to Samaritan. Best Documentary was A Cry From Iran. Best Biblical Family Film went to Joel's Journey. Best Young Filmmaker Award went to Heartstrings (also the winner of the Audience Choice Award).
